Include the part number or drawing, operating frequency, inductance or turns ratio, current or power requirements, available space, insulation requirements, expected quantity and application.

Typical sample timing is 3–7 working days for routine samples and 7–15 working days for new or complex designs. Timing is confirmed after specification and material review.

MOQ depends on the structure and material requirements. Small trial orders can be discussed. Please send your target quantity for review.

Our process includes incoming inspection, in-process checks, electrical testing, impregnation and baking where required, and final dielectric and visual inspection. The agreed specification defines the final test criteria.

RoHS and REACH material documentation can be discussed for your project. Please specify the required reports and any UL or TUV safety requirements when requesting a quote.

Routine orders are typically planned within 7–15 days. Volume, material availability and project requirements may change this schedule. Final lead time, shipping and commercial terms are confirmed in the quotation.

Payment method, currency, deposit and balance timing are confirmed in the written quotation or order agreement. Ask our team to include the terms when quoting your project.

Packaging, labeling, shipment method, destination and freight responsibility should be agreed for each order. Tell us any pin-protection, handling or documentation requirements before dispatch.

Contact our team with the model, drawing revision, operating conditions and observed issue. Application validation and any design changes should be reviewed before production approval.

Warranty and remedies follow the agreed order terms. If a problem occurs, share the part and batch reference, quantity affected, operating conditions and supporting evidence so the team can investigate.

We can review customer drawings or samples for manufacturing, and discuss development from electrical and mechanical requirements. The exact engineering scope is agreed before sampling.
