CUSTOM TRANSFORMERS & INDUCTORS
Your circuit.
Your requirements.
Our magnetic expertise.
A structured route from your electrical specification to an approved component.
Designed for the application.
Share your drawing, sample or circuit requirements. We review core configuration, winding arrangement, mounting dimensions and electrical targets before developing a sample.
Projects may include power conversion, lighting, industrial electronics and filtering applications.

Four steps to an approved design.
- 01
Requirements
Send electrical targets, dimensions, application and expected quantity.
- 02
Design review
Confirm the proposed structure, winding arrangement and test requirements.
- 03
Sample validation
Evaluate samples in your circuit and agree any refinements.
- 04
Production
Release the approved specification for manufacturing and inspection.
Prepare your design brief.
| Requirement | Helpful information |
|---|---|
| Electrical | Frequency, power or current, inductance, turns ratio and tolerance |
| Mechanical | Core size, pin arrangement, mounting style and available space |
| Insulation & testing | Working voltage, dielectric test criteria and applicable safety requirements |
| Project | Application, sample quantity, estimated annual volume and target schedule |
Before you start.
Can you develop a custom transformer or inductor?
Yes. We support development from electrical specifications, drawings or samples. Share your requirements so we can review the magnetic design, winding arrangement and mounting constraints.
What should I include in an inquiry?
Include the part number or drawing, operating frequency, inductance or turns ratio, current or power requirements, available space, insulation requirements, expected quantity and application.
How long does sampling take?
Our company information indicates 3–7 working days for routine samples and 7–15 working days for new or complex designs. Timing is confirmed after specification and material review.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the structure and material requirements. Small trial orders can be discussed. Please send your target quantity for review.
